I only took a few pictures yesterday and forgot to take more, so this is what I’m working with. I’ll use it as an opportunity to tell you about Once Over, a new coffee place in my neighborhood. This is the ceiling there, which isn’t that important. What is important is that they have fucking good coffee. Potentially the best coffee in Austin though I won’t pretend I’ve visited every coffee place in town. But on two separate occasions, they’ve made my coffee and served it to me, then taken it back because it wasn’t really up to their standards. Teases? Yeah, probably. Perfectionists? Definitely. If you live in Austin or if you ever come for a visit be sure to stop by for a cup and friendly conversation from whoever is behind the bar. They’re all sweet people.
