Please Don’t Put Drinks on Juke Box
Last night I visited the Horseshoe Lounge for the first time, which is weird, because I live around the corner from it and it’s one of Austin’s most notorious dive bars. It’s also the dive bar that Coach Taylor drinks at the few times that happens in Friday Night Lights.
I’ll probably start visiting a lot more often now that I know it has a great jukebox, pool and shuffle board and really cheap beer. Also it’s next door to two fantastic new restaurants: Barley Swine and El Meson.
