The reason for my hiatus is the arrival of my daughter, Zelda Ray Spence Brown, born on March 22. I’ll try to post photos here when I can, but I probably won’t be posting daily for a little while longer.

This is just a small detail of an amazing quilt that my friend Gina made. She used mine and Ben’s favorite colors to decide the palette. I don’t even know how to take a photo of the whole amazing thing without the aid of a clothes line. It will be a family treasure for years to come.
And apologies for the lite posting in the past week or so. I’ve been super tired recently. When I’m not working, running errands or eating I’m napping or complaining about how sleepy I am.
